Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Sometimes when life becomes busy with work, family, and other responsibilities, making it to the office in person is impossible. Online sessions are available from the safety of your own home during these times so that even during a hectic time, help is within reach.
Because we are a small, outpatient private practice, we do not provide after-hours, on-call, or emergency crisis services. Our clinicians are not available outside of scheduled appointment times to respond to urgent or emergency situations.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, or require immediate support, please contact one of the emergency or crisis resources listed below, your local emergency room, or call 911. These services are available 24/7 and are equipped to provide immediate assistance and support.
Your safety and well-being are important, and we encourage you to use these resources whenever urgent help is needed.
