We are currently in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans, United Health Care, Anthem, Optum, Cigna, Viva Health, and Medicare. 

If you have insurance that we do not accept, you will be asked to pay the cash pay price and will be provided a receipt for all payments which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement directly. 

• All fees are due AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
• 50 Minute Therapy - $150
• Psychological Testing - PLEASE NOTE: Psychological testing is not billed through insurance, but a receipt will be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Assessments begin at $2000 and must be paid in full prior to receiving testing results and feedback. The exact amount is dependent on the scope of assessment and exact instruments required. All charges will be discussed and must be agreed upon prior to beginning testing 
• Phone calls exceeding 15 minutes - $20 ($50 for calls exceeding 1 hour)
• Email exchanges outside of office hours regarding clinical information is subject to $20 fee
• All documentation sent to outside providers (e.g. medical records, documentation for court, school, or work, etc) - $20
• Any appointment which is a no show without informing our office of the absence will be charged $100. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments
